Miles went all-in on ice cream this year for Christmas. While he asked Santa for “an ice cream truck,” he received not only a small toy truck, but a play ice cream shop counter, an actual ice cream maker, and a play ice cream cart, which I’ve admittedly been putting off building for a few weeks now. Time ran out (for me) today, and I was forced to finally take the time to put the cart together. A locked door was barely enough to stop Miles from interrupting the process, as he waited fairly impatiently outside the room and asked for updates nearly every twenty seconds. You know, ideal working conditions.
When I was at last finished, Miles darted in. I think he was happy with the result.
