As a dedicated and determined non-walker, Miles has gradually become the only child in his daycare class who has not moved into the toddler room. This is a shame, because what he lacks in vertical mobility he makes up for with the speed at which he travels on all fours and the tenacity he embodies while doing so.
I can imagine that, in a room largely full of younger, less mobile babies, Miles is a challenge to keep up with and corral. Today, the only feedback I got from his teachers was an exasperated, “Miles is gonna need kneepads,” which sort of says it all.
