Having driven back from Asheville last night, today we traveled in the other direction, making the trek to Myrtle Beach to see Jaclyn's sister's middle school production of The Wizard of Oz. We drove back to Myrtle Beach tonight in advance of Miles's BFF Audrey's first birthday party. Miles slept for most of the drive, which was great for us; unfortunately, he was wide awake once we got to my parents' house, especially once he noticed the plush bear doll on the bed.

While his mother and I were gallivanting around town (both with and without each other), Miles got to spend the day with his grandparents and aunts. I'm honestly not sure who enjoyed it more. Personally, I got to attend Free Comic Book Day and go to the Charlotte Symphony in the evening, I so know … Continue reading Day 69
