Mommy: "Well I'm going out for a little bit. Make sure Miles goes potty and takes a nap." (Miles and Daddy watch Mommy drive away.) Daddy: "Time for popcorn and DuckTales."

When Miles emerged from the car after arriving home from daycare this afternoon, he immediately notified me that we would be taking a walk to the fire station. "Daddy!" he shouted. "Walk to fire station!" And, well, so we did.

In an effort to replicate his daycare experience at home, Jaclyn acquired a small table and chairs for Miles to use. This morning, he dragged one of the chairs across the house and instructed me to sit.
