Most summer’s my company opens a small satellite center up in the North Charlotte/Lake Norman area, and I’m happy to say that the location we’ve rented for the last several years is now mere minutes from my doorstep in Huntersville. Normally, having to stop by that center after a long day of work would be time consuming and soul crushing. With it being so close, however, it’s little more than an errand. I even brought Miles with me!
Miles has been to this school with me once before, so he already knew where to find “the goods,” which in this case were fruit gummies (which we keep on-hand for the students, but that Miles feels he can help himself to) and…uh…chickens.
