Tonight, I wanted to test drive the pizza stone my parents got us for Christmas, and the entire family got down on this one. I rolled the dough out into individual portions, then let Jaclyn and, yes, even Miles top their pizzas as they saw fit.
I had to demonstrate that he needed to spread out his toppings so they covered the whole pizza, so I moved the cheese around and let him try again with the pepperoni slices.
Ultimately, Miles opted to “make a smiley face” with his pepperoni (and bacon). The finished product didn’t come out too bad for a first attempt!
