Although he’s previously played some of the original game and watched the better-than-it-has-any-right-to-be feature film that came out a couple years ago, today was the day Miles decided to double-down on Sonic the Hedgehog. From the moment he stepped in the door, it was “Sonic cartoons,” “Sonic games,” and “Look at me! I’m Sonic the Hedgehog!” followed by Miles running laps around the living room. Worked for me, because I was able to use “a new Sonic game” as leverage to get him to eat his dinner tonight!
