For some reason (not that he needs one), Miles insisted on bringing a small container of hand sanitizer in the car with him this morning. After we arrived at daycare, the bottle was no longer in his hand or the cup holders on his car seat. I scanned the backseat to no avail.
“Miles,” I asked, “where’s your hand sanitizer?”
“Heh, look!” he chuckled, pointing at the car door.

“I’m hiding it from Mommy,” he explained, as though the answer was obvious. This is just how much “pranking Mommy” is just a natural part of Miles’s everyday existence — no rhyme or reason…just any chance he has to get her goat.
