While we’re still largely keeping Miles’s time outside the house limited to daycare and playing in the yard, we’re doing our best to make sure he stays in touch with his friends elsewhere in the world. Yesterday, Miles chatted with his Canadian pen pal, Eamon.
Then this evening, Miles got to talk to Baby Charlotte, his beloved babysitter’s new child, about whom he proudly and independently proclaimed, “That’s my best friend!” Sure, she’s only about a month old, but Miles knows who his allies are. It’s a good instinctive skill to have.
