Miles was watching an episode of Sesame Street tonight as I cleaned up from dinner. At one point in the episode, children at a school started singing a song about sharing.
Now, Miles’s awareness of “sharing” as a concept is largely dependent upon his experience at daycare. I’m not exactly sure what this has looked like for him so far, but I will confirm that every time the word “share” was spoken in the course of the song, Miles responded by throwing his hands up and chanting, “No!”
…so yeah, not a great start.
