Day 360

We kept Miles home from daycare today after finding his eyes red and irritated this morning and fearing that he had acquired a case of pink eye. I left work after lunch to take him to the doctor and found that while he does in fact have pink eye, his double ear infection, thought vanquished last month, has also roared back. Miles has been given a stronger medication, which will hopefully knock out everything ailing him, but he’ll be home from daycare for the rest of the week. I’m not sure how we’ll manage our work/life balance over the next few days, but the nice thing about having a child is that you never need to agonize over what gets top priority!
