As we were all reading together last night at bedtime, Miles started talking about one of his favorite things.
“Cupcake!” he said.
“Do you like cupcakes?” I asked.
“Miles eat cupcake!”
I nodded, “I remember that! You did eat a cupcake.”
“Mommy eat cupcake!”
“Mommy likes cupcakes too!” Jaclyn agreed.
“Daddy eat cupcake!”
I nodded. “Now Miles, I have a question. Who eats the most cupcakes?”
Immediately, Miles raised a finger and pointed, “Mommy.”
That’s my boy!
