Birthday weekend meant that Miles’s friend Audrey would be visiting from Myrtle Beach and spending the night.
While Miles’s “MINE!” phase definitely made interactions…challenging from time to time*, there’s no question that Miles was excited to have Audrey around to play with this morning.
Miles’s excitement was never more pronounced than it was after each successful potty trip, when he would start calling for her and pointing proudly at the pee-pee he had left in the basin. What can I say? He’s definitely my son.
