Far and away, the best moment of my weekend was Miles pointing to me at bedtime, reaching out for my hand, and walking over to his room to read a book together.

Miles got a little pool time in today at our friends' house, where he discovered a love of going down slides face-first... ...and made a new friend!

Year 2, Day 55

Miles has risen...to a modest basket of gifts on his second Easter! Still, the highlight of Miles's Easter (or maybe it was just ours) was being able to see our friend Becky and her own little baby. Miles, always interested in seeing other children, clearly felt an immediate kinship with the young lad.
