We went out for a nice family walk this evening. And by "nice," I of course mean Miles had a disagreement about the direction we were going and planted his ass on the ground in protest. "Bye, Miles! We're going home!"

Miles on a recent trip to our neighborhood playground, just after I told him that he needed to stop running through the carefully landscaped bushes and grabbing all the pine straw. Just over there acquainting himself with teen angst.
